We are hoping to enlist a Service Center Analyst to work inside the IT bureau of Clicks Group Services. The part will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will answer to the Service Center Manager (IT).

To convey dynamic specialized help so as to instantly reestablish IT Services security and progression.
To give specialized help and analyze episodes, execute arrangements or heighten issues to proper IT Specialists or Vendors.
To precisely record, relegate, heighten and track all episodes and Service asks for as per concurred Service Promise.
To connect professionally with business clients and sellers to give client benefit inside concurred Service Promise.
To guarantee that all IT related episodes and administration demands are settled successfully and consumer loyalty is enhanced through end to end benefit.
To gather episode reports as expected to IT Department.
To sporadically be on Standby, when required.
Matric/Grade 12 (basic).
MCDST (A+, ITIL, HDI) basic.
IS Diploma (attractive).
2 – 5 Years encounter inside an IT Service/Call focus (basic).
Retail encounter (alluring).
