Reason for THE ROLETo call defaulting Capitec Bank customers and arrange reimbursement of advances, amplifying customer maintenance and limiting awful obligation, managing credit administration, keeping up proficient telephonic communication with customers. Working inside the business bolster division.

QUALIFICATIONS• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)

EXPERIENCE• 2 years or more accumulations involvement in a Collections Call focus

• 2 years or more experience on Predictive Dialer, Tallyman Collections framework and Avaya delicate telephone

Learning AND SKILLS• Call focus procedures and techniques, client care and administration convention

• Communication abilities (verbal and composed) in English and Afrikaans

• Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at an essential level

• Emotional flexibility

• Ability to talk an African Language favorable position

• Good Listening and appreciation abilities

• Telephonic abilities

• Conflict administration

• Attention to detail and abnormal state of precision

• Negotiation abilities

Extra REQUIREMENTS• Ability to work autonomously and as a feature of a group

• Ability to work in an open arrangement condition

• Willing and ready to work additional hours, outside typical business hours as and when required

• Willing and ready to work moves inside a 45hr work week (Monday – Saturday)

• Clear criminal and credit record
