As the group is extending, we are looking for an English speaking Mining and Metals (Iron, Aluminum, Gold, Diamond, Rare Earhs and so on) Recruiter with a demonstrated reputation and involvement in mid to senior level full cycle enrollment. You will assemble and develop both customer and hopeful connections through administration of the enlistment procedure conveyance including: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and displaying possibility to multinational customers. Profession development chances to assemble and deal with a group of Recruiters and Researchers and venture into Africa for the perfect applicant.
The Role:
Investigating, recognizing and introducing possibility for mid to senior level positions in South Africa crossing a scope of different enterprises
Distinguishing enrollment sources, organizing drives, online networking openings, work fairs, promoting assets, and different apparatuses to pull in competitors
Customer and Candidate Relationship Management, directing associations in a convenient, proficient and responsive way
Making and refreshing Progress Reports to track research and enrollment process
Mastermind and go to customer gatherings, make and compose recommendations and supporting RFI and RFP
Four year college education in Business, Marketing, or related zone
The Requirements:
2+ years’ involvement in full cycle enlistment (set of working responsibilities creation, posting, sourcing, screening, meeting, exhibiting and shutting)
Involvement with an assortment of sourcing techniques to include: scouting, advertise mapping, Boolean quests, online networking enrollment procedures, profession locales, among others
Connecting with customers (both nearby and worldwide) and key partners all through the enrollment procedure
